OVERVIEW:

Fashion Foundry manufacturing had all the capabilities to develop custom products
within the beauty range, they had the right sales contacts, factories, and the right development team
to design private-label brands for their retail partners. But they didn’t have a platform that described their potential and promoted their services or had their information for these partners to reach out and request their private label services and share their service range
knowledge and capabilities.

Fashion Foundry didn’t have a direct channel to communicate their private label service potentials. To open this avenue, they needed to tell their story, mission, and offers as a company.

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION INSIGHTS:

  1. Most of the communications with potential private-label customers had to be online due to having cross-country and international origins.

  2. Most of the customers communicated with the sales team through e-mail from their office desks.

  3. Most of the customers preferred receiving proposals through presentation decks and avoid offers only through text e-mails.

SOLUTIONS:

  1. Create an informative website that communicates the services and business mission of Fashion Foundry.

  2. Defining Fashion Foundry’s brand tone through graphics and story-telling.

  3. Develop a UI design that promotes exclusivity, development, and creativity throughout the website.

  4. Design a desktop-friendly UI design that guides the user and explains fashion foundry history and services.

  5. Create a strategy for company design, production and client onboarding processes, and service contracts.

  6. Present and define services across company teams for the sales team to successfully start sharing the new business services with our retail partners.
